Discovered by the crew of the deep-space transport ship Swansea Contender. Stumbled upon on a dwarf planet with a radio buoy attached to it (supposedly - nothing is certain about the Swansea Contender final transmissions).
No record about the Hyperglyph's appearance.
The final transmissions state that the artifact was taken aboard the ship.
It was 'connected' to the ship's main drive and 'new vectors' were established. Then, the Swansea Contender's crew sent the last transmission, bidding farewell to the humankind, and departed towards the unknown.
Nothing was heard of the ship, the Hyperglyph or the crew ever since.
